1. What services do you offer?

We provide a range of mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, genetic testing, and Spravato treatment. Jahnneliz also offers services in Spanish.

2. How do I schedule an appointment?

The quickest way to schedule an appointment by calling or texting our office at 479-324-2671. You may also email - info@psychenwa.com - for additional information prior to scheduling an appointment.

3. Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept BCBS (including Federal), AETNA, Ambetter, Cigna, UHC/UMR, Medicare. Self-pay options are also available.

4. What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first appointment typically includes an assessment where your provider will discuss your concerns, history, symptoms, and goals for treatment. Together, you'll develop a personalized care plan.

5. Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions. Initial appointments are in person. Telehealth sessions will be discussed with your provider as case by case.

6. How long are sessions?

Psychiatric evaluations may last 45-60 minutes, while follow-up medication appointments are typically 20–30 minutes.

7. Are my sessions confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is protected under federal and state laws. We only share information with your written permission or when required by law for safety.

8. What ages do you serve?

We serve children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee. Text/call over the weekend is acceptable for the 24 hours notice. We’re happy to help you reschedule. We just want to ensure we have time to help others in our community.

10. Do you offer crisis services?

While we provide ongoing outpatient care, we are not a crisis center. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 988, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact local crisis services.
